One day shiny morning when my boss called me in his office and told me very passionately that "Kishan, here is the project you would love to work on, I am giving you the full authority to do anything in this project." Ohh, I forgot to tell you that I have been constantly telling them that I fed up with working on this websites and design parts need some challenging work on application and wants to solve real life problem and also I want to dive deeper in the world of User experience, so this way the journey of Task tower has started.

CHALLENGES

I was new to user experience and have to work hard to find the process of UX and which is the best process that leads this project to successful implementation. Also the client was just aware about the overview what they want but don't have precise information. So overall we need to ask questions to stackholder and get the information and use the terminologies to app that they are using for years.

PROCESS

Initially I found to many ways to start from in this ocean of User experience. For research method I have prepared list of questions and started stack holder interviews and sometimes I visit their office to just see how they work. I have collected the too much data from this but all was un categorised. So we have started making categories that way created Information Architecture. After that without wasting time started making wireframes and based on customer feedback I had too many revisions. My mistake was rather then creating low fidelity prototype I have stated the High fidelity wireframing and that cause me too many changes on feedback of customer, and after too much hassle we have following result.
